We offer training for our workshop leaders at regular intervals.
The goal is to provide them with content-related and methodological input for the implementation of our educational formats. On the one hand, this involves conveying theoretical approaches to various current topics, such as sustainability or human rights and major sporting events, and on the other hand, exchanging experiences and practical implementation. Above all, the interactive preparation of the topics as well as the necessary flexibility, which is required in the context of workshops, are in the foreground.
