4d. In-Depth Workshop Discrimination and Racism

Format of the workshop
Board members and staff members of sports organisations play an important role in realizing an ‘open and inclusive sports culture’. To support them in this process and to impart knowledge and skills, the in-depth workshop on (migrant) Women and girls is developed. Against the background of the development of sport and the emancipation of women, this workshop shows which mechanisms to this day (unintentionally) lead to the exclusion of (migrant) women and girls in sport. And of course we offer solutions. We identify which steps can be taken to include more (migrant) women and girls at all levels in your sports organisation.
