What will the participants take with them at the end of the workshop? It is important for each participant to decide which next steps he/she will take and which steps may be important for the organisation.
Exercise 4c6: High Five
Each participant is challenged to formulate what has been learned, its consequences for their own behaviour and to link concrete actions to this.
What do you need?
– any room is suitable
– pen and paper
What should you do?
– Everyone draws their own hand on paper
– In each finger, the participant writes the steps he will take regarding the topic of the workshop, starting with:
thumb: I have…..
index finger: I do…..
middle finger: I will…..
Ring finger: I have to…..
Pink: I want…..
– Everyone reads their own hand in the group
Trainers advice
– As a trainer, give an example of a completed hand
– Have participants cut out their hand and send it to them three weeks later to remind them of their intentions
– Make a collage of it and give it to the organisation/team
