00.00 – 00.20 Welcome in a circle
Exercise 3.1: To present yourself
– The participants learn to speak in front of a group.
– The participants learn to present themselves in their own unique way.
What do you need?
– Enough space to create a circle of participants
What should you do?
Choose 1-3 from one of the following exercises.
Exercise 1. Singing
– Stand in a circle.
– Start as a trainer yourself. Sing your name in a way you invented yourself. The rest will repeat singing your name in the same rhythm and melody.
– Then you give the turn to the next person in the circle. He / she then also sings his or her name and the group repeats this.
– Repeat this until everyone has had their turn.
– Repeat this one more time, but now sing your name and add a movement. The group repeats the name and the movement.
Exercise 2. Wrap-up
Give the participants the following task: Stand in a circle.
One person in the circle sing/raps a topic that impressed during the previous session. The group repeats this singing/rapping in the same way.
Then it is the turn of the next participant. This person announces another topic.
Repeat this until everyone has had their turn.
Exercise 3. Presenting
Give the participants the following task: Stay in the circle or make one circle.
The assignment is to announce the person to your left and briefly present them to the group.
Think of name, sports organisation, position within the organisation, expertise, relationship with the subject of inclusion, etc.
Everyone is now introducing the person to his / her left.
Discussion afterwards
– How did you like doing this?
– What differences did you see in the group?
– What impression did you get from the presentations?
Trainers advise
– Before starting the exercise, give the participants a minute to think about what they are going to contribute
